Start playback on your DAW's timeline, and you’re ready to correct. For hosts that support ReWire, you can initiate most transport functions in Tune's graphic display—there’s no need to click the DAW’s timeline while editing.
Separate notes by slicing, combine notes by merging, then edit pitch curves to perfection with Pencil, Curve, and Line tools. Create slides, draw custom pitch curves, and apply them to individual notes or groups of notes.
You don’t need to know music theory to create harmonies with Waves Tune. Click on the virtual keyboard to play notes, decide which one creates the harmony you want, and then move the graphic display’s note to that pitch.
Emphasize a vocal’s natural vibrato to keep the vocalist’s expressiveness; reduce it, or even flatten it. But you can also synthesize vibrato, with controls for vibrato delay, attack time to fade it, rate, and even four waveforms for cool “warble” effects.
Not happy with the notes you have? Assign a MIDI track to Waves Tune, and play back the track’s notes. Or, hook up a MIDI controller (like a keyboard or set of pads), and control the notes in real time.
