Due to the nature of digital goods there is no way for our customers to return the item to us, as is the case with physical goods.
If you have a problem with any product you purchased through Loot Audio then please contact us. We can usually help to fix any problems you may have.
If you do need a refund then we will work with you in order to resolve the issue. If you purchased a product by mistake or you purchased a product without firstly checking that it will work with your computer then we cannot offer refunds in such cases. However, please contact us and we will do our utmost to help you out.
If a product is found to be faulty and we cannot fix the issue then we will offer a full refund.
