I purchased one of your libraries from another distributor. How do I download?

If you purchased one of our products from a different approved distributor then you will need to redeem the code they provided.

Login to your account (create an account if you don't already have one) and you will see a 'Redeem Code' section at the top right of the screen. 

Paste the code in the box and click Redeem. The product will now appear in your order history.
